Join us at the Arts & Spirituality Centre for an embodied-afternoon practice in support of our nervous system.  Through Om Mantra, Asana (posture) & Pranayama (Breathwork) we will help reduce anxiety in the body & encourage a healthy spine. We will complete our practice with a grounding Shavasana (final resting pose) meditation wherein we will honour our connection to the Earth.  Through movement with breath & awareness we will use the body as a tool of embodiment, through which we can find connection with our fabulous self.  This is a safe & sacred space for the LGBTQ community in Gorgie & Edinburgh at large. I hold sound journey & gong bath sessions every week in both Bournemouth and Southbourne (on the South coast, Dorset, uk).   Everyone is welcome at these events which take place on Friday evenings and Sunday evenings from 7.30 pm – 9 pm.
