I'm a Clinical Exercise Specialist, Cancer Rehabilitation Instructor and Clinical Pilates Teacher. I specialise in working with people with medical conditions and after surgery, in particular with those who have had abdominal or stoma surgery. I offer flexible online 1:1 training sessions, post-surgery rehabilitation, strength, conditioning and Pilates classes over video. This can be ongoing, for a set time during recovery or a one off appointment. This means you can access my expertise and support from the comfort and safety of your own home. If you are local to Tunbridge Wells/East Sussex, or wish to travel, I'm also able to offer in person 'face to face' sessions if appropriate at my home studio or outdoors.

We are a through school meaning we accept some students on a part time basis from the age of 2 in our Early Years class, up to our oldest students in our Post 16 Department who leave us aged 19 in Year 14.
