My son is a very quiet and shy little boy. We joined the group on a friends recommendation to try and not only toughen him up, but give him confidence as well. He has certainly improved, and the teachers' patience and expertise has totally transformed him. He thoroughly enjoys coming to the group and wants to practice all the time at home.
