The Welsh Association of Anger Management is a North Wales based company that provides training and support for anyone who is dealing with their own or another’s anger. We offer programmes that cover all aspects of anger and stress management as well as courses that enable individuals to deal with difficult and challenging behaviour more effectively. Our services are available to everybody and can be tailored to meet the individual’s specific needs. We work with members of the general public, children, teenagers, government bodies, hospitals, security companies, educational authorities, public and private sector companies and organizations etc. We are based on Anglesey but our training programmes are available at various locations throughout North Wales and the North West. Learning Links International (LLI) is a volunteer led social enterprise set up in 2010 with support from Jamaican poet, Yasus Afari. The LLI Directors come from Wales, Jamaica, Nigeria and England, and we are currently operating on Zoom. Join us on Zoom - every Friday or at one of our special monthly focus groups - to check these out Click HERE Initially based in Wolverhampton, Learning Links International founder, Liz Millman, worked with colleagues in Wolverhampton and the wider West Midlands, making links with Jamaica, as well as developing and managing the Black History Month Programme in North Wales. Click HERE In 2014 LLI gained the National Sector for Voluntary Organisations Award: Investing in Volunteers. By 2016 LLI was working mainly in Wales and we are grateful to Maggie Ogunowa for helping us set up an office in Penygroes. At present our focus is in finding new ways to research the shared histories and links between communities and countries, and telling these stories using a range of approaches working with poets, teachers, authors, academics and entertainers. With our developing Zoom skills we started 'Black History Lunchtime Coversations' every Friday lunchtime - teaming up with 'Belong Nottingham' and 'Highlands and Slavery' This is going well. Jamaican poet, Yasus Afari, keeps in close touch and we are working on the 'Building Bridges' poetry project, showcasing the poetry written by students and teachers he met at schools in North Wales and in Pennants, Jamaica. The 'Dyffryn Ogwen Writers and Friends' Zoom sessions on Creative Writing have started and are going well. Click HERE for more information. This is supported by Lottery 'Celebration' funding. The 'Pennants Project' team meet evrey few weeks and we are making good progress towards raising the funds to refurbush the school in ennants and build an Infant Department. We are also currently exploring the links that Wales has around the world, as well as looking at ways to celebrate Welsh Language and Culture, and due to Liz's current location, we are exploring the way that the story of colonial invasion of the Australian continent is told. It was recently 250 years since Cook landed, so there is lots of TV coverage of the story - told in many different ways. In the UK we work with a wide range of organisations and schools, including Arts Council Wales, , Race Council Cymru, Rotary International and Wales International/ Cymru a'r Byd. In Jamaica we work with the Institute of Jamaica, Edutainment Promotion and the Jamaican Language Unit, as well as the Rotary Club of May Pen and Clarendon Council.

RAW Adventures was founded by Kate and Ross Worthington. Between us, we hold nationally recognised Mountain Training qualifications: Mountain Leader, Winter Mountain Leader, Rock Climbing Instructor and International Mountain Leader. As active and committed members of the Mountain Training Association (MTA) and the British Association of International Mountain Leaders (BAIML), we are always looking for opportunities to expand our continued professional development and training, as well as offering volunteer support to local organisations, including the Snowdonia Society, Snowdonia National Park, Llanberis Mountain Rescue Team and the British Mountaineering Council (BMC). We thrive on seeking new opportunities to work with others in our natural environment, regardless of age and experience. The wide range of adventure sports and activities (hill walking/hiking, rock climbing, scrambling, mountaineering, etc.) are by their very nature irregular and unregulated. Unlike competitive team sports for example, there are generally no rules to most climbing and walking activities, but there is a strong duty of care held by leaders with potentially dire consequences to getting things wrong. It is therefore essential that anyone using a volunteer or professional leader, instructor or coach knows that this person is competent and qualified to do the job.

We are one in our belief that the health and well-being of us all, should be fortified with an appropriate level of fitness, good nutrition, and regular movements. It is this firm belief that underpins everything we strive for at Lexva. We want you to feel present and involved, and to have fun along the way to better health! At LEXVA we provide a unique patient centered Physiotherapy service from our home clinic. We also, by request, provide a domiciliary service for those clients unable to leave their homes. In keeping with the demands of today, and primarily due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, we have adapted to deliver most of our classes via Zoom (an online system), which have been very well received. He also has membership of the following organisations British Mountaineering Council Mountain Training Association Snowsport Scotland Canoe Wales, The National Governing Body for paddlesports in Wales Fédération Internationale des Patrouilles de Ski National Coasteering Charter Mountain Rescue UK Mark has a long history with mountain rescue. In the UK he was a team member of Ogwen Valley Mountain Rescue Organisation as a trainee in October 2005 and then as a full team member from 2006-2011. Mountain Rescue in Nepal Whilst in Nepal in 2003/4, Mark was a volunteer member of the Nepalese Himalayan Rescue Association and volunteer outreach worker for Medicins Sans Frontiers in Manang, Nepal. Lowland Rescue Association Mark was a founding member and training officer for the first Lowland Rescue Team in Wales, Mon-SAR from 2015 – 2017 and has the following qualifications Lowland Rescue Search Technician Search Party Leader Instructor Search Manager and Planner Lowland Rescue Search Technician Assessor TAQA – Training, Assessment & Quality Assurance, Level 3 IQA – Internal Quality Assurance, Level 4 SARMAN software qualified for search management Specialist Search Dogs Mark is a qualified, assessed by David Jones and Gavin Roberts, cadaver search dog handler with his spaniel ‘Missy’. He has delivered presentations at seminars for land and water search with search dogs, as well as conducted ongoing searches in the UK for missing persons. Mark has also attended IKAR conferences for continued professional development. Whilst working as a consultant for International Rescue Training Centre Wales, he also help develop the Dangerous Dogs Handling course and delivered it to numerous candidates in the UK and also to environment agency and council officers in Northern Ireland. Also whilst at IRTCW he also helped organise, deliver and present at two specialist water search seminars, the first at Hawley Lake by Gibraltar Barracks and then at Trent Lock, Nottingham. Rafting in Nepal In 2003 he was part of a team providing the first commercial white water rafting expeditions with Equator Expeditions, undertaking an expedition on the mighty Sunkoshi River as well as the upper and lower sections of Bohte Koshi.
