lx gymnastics
LX is one of the largest purpose-built gymnastics centres in the country. We
teach gymnasts of all ages and abilities, from tots to teenagers and beyond. LX
Gymnastics is recently affiliated with the Special Olympics allowing us to
include even more gymnasts. Our gymnastics training teaches flexibility,
strength, balance, agility and coordination and promotes confidence, creativity
and leadership.
