Now in our third year, we run workshops for students aged 10-15rs during summer and Easter holidays. Starting from scratch on the first day, by the end of the week, we’ve written, acted, directed, sound recorded and made the props for a short film. Each summer we show that year’s student films at the Rio Cinema in Dalston. Have a look at our showreel. Full films are in the gallery below. It’s really important to us that students guide the films. In practice, this means we end up making sci-fi, magic, horror, spy and action films. We try to keep them to a Dr Who level of scariness.

Spirituality for me began as a search for happiness. In my late teens, I realized that I didn't know how to be happy. I started to read self-help books which eventually lead to spiritual workshops. Meeting people who could channel spirit guides inspired me to learn how to channel and life was never the same again! Living magically to me is all about living in connection. We were all born to be in connection -with ourselves, with the Earth, with the Cosmos, and with each other. Through channeling practices, shadow healing, ceremony, tantra and land work we can all come back into connection and in doing so live more of our potential, fulfill our paths, and experience the happiness of belonging. For me, spirituality is all about learning to Live it, learning how to become the change we want to see in the world. There are many tools and it is all about finding the ones that resonate with you. The Starlight Temple is all about connection; connection to self, life, the universe and spirit. Our path is about learning to connect, channel and live the divine conversation. Starlight’s workshops, courses, one to ones, ceremonies and journeys are all dedicated to helping people find empowerment in their lives and as they walk their spiritual paths. We believe that spirituality is something you experience, that every person's truth is unique and that everyone's truth makes up the whole truth of the Universe. The events that we do are about holding space for people to have an experience of their truth, ultimately our work is about love - ways and tools of learning to Love the Earth, Life, Each other and our own self more. Starlight Temple is a space overflowing with ways of doing spirituality that can be incorporated into your everyday life, so that your path, your truth and love can be lived more fully!

Over the last years, he has performed live at many different venues in venues in London such as the 100 Club, The Borderline, the O2 Kentish Town, the O2 Academy Islington, the Tramp Members Club, the Albert’s Members Club and many more. By recording and playing with many artists he became able to adapt in a variety of different styles of music. Most recently he had the opportunity to work with well known music producers/engineers such as Sam Miller (Paloma Faith, Christina Aguilera, PJ Harvey, The Temperance Movement, One Direction, Razorlight, The Magic Numbers) and Steve Lyon (Depeche Mode, The Cure, Paul McCartney, George Best, Laura Pausini) and to perform next to great musicians such as the session guitarist Joon Switon (The Roots, Compton, Les Nubians, Ayo, Eric Roberson and more), the L.A. based jazz singer Tricia Tahara (Patrice Rushen, Alphonso Johnson, Lenny White, Nungu Chancler), percussionist João Caetano (Incognito, Chaka Khan, Mario Biondi, Omar, PB Underground) and guitarist Tolis Zavaliaris (Pete Lockett, Laurence Cottle, Neil Angilley, Vanessa Mae). Welcome to my journey! I started dancing at the age of 3 at Vacani Ballet School but didn't voyage through belly dance until my teenage years, through my love of Bollywood and Tamil cinema. I was attracted to belly dance like a moth to a flame. I had an avid interest in intuitive ways of living and healing through movement. After suffering serious health challenges and feeling disconnected from my body, I was in need of grounding and feeling whole again. I found my home in belly dance, because it reconciled me with my dear body. The Science of Acting The Science of Acting was founded by Sam Kogan, influenced by Maria Knebel; his teacher, who herself was a student of Stanislavski. The curriculum of the Science of Acting is founded on 4 principles: Freedom from Gods or Idols - Only once you learn to think for yourself will you be able to be free on stage. Right and Wrong - Statements such as ‘there is no right or wrong in acting’, or ‘you either have it or you don’t’ are common in Drama Education. But if this were true, there would be no point to a drama school, or to dramatic training of any kind. The Science of Acting therefore is based on a technique the knowledge of which has proven to give actors the training to be able to create inspiring acting. Quality of Acting - We believe that the best acting occurs when actors are able to use the right type of imagination (which we all have); that being active as opposed to passive imagination, which few actors are aware of or know how to use. Terminology or The Meaning of Words - For a group of actors to create the context of stories and therefore entertain, a common understanding through language in all its forms is necessary. This enables each individual actor to be free in their uniqueness, whilst creating a totality for the audience. My name is Jamie. I am a certified Wim Hof Method instructor and what I found in the Wim Hof Method has been and continues to be so effective for me that I became compelled to start this company and share it with as many people as possible. No dogma. No strings. No standing in a bath of ice worshiping Zorb. Find it if you want, see how you feel and what it can do for you. When I was 23 I was paralysed with a rare auto immune condition called Guillain-Barré Syndrome. Doctors said there was no cure and I should take 15 pills a day for the rest of my life. Now nearly 10 years later I am not taking any of them. I have more energy than I did 10 years ago and I am running half marathons for fun (and I always hated running!). The Wim Hof Method isn't a magic pill. I made a lot of progress in the early years on my own, eating better, exercising better, meditating, (via an app). But I reached a point where I had plateaued. My desire to be the most well I had ever been regardless of condition had reached an immovable object. That was when the Wim Hof Method came into my life and with commitment and practise it blew through my limits and changed health for the better....
