You need to be sure that we feel like a good fit before you book a session, so let me tell you a little about me Early influences I was fortunate enough to grow up always surrounded by animals and nature, where no two days were ever the same and different challenges popped up constantly. Whether it was dealing with the weather or having to help birth an animal in the middle of the night, I learned to deal with the situation in front of me and respond accordingly. It helped me feel confident to think on my feet and give the situation whatever it needs, rather than stick to a prescribed reaction because that was what was ‘expected’. There is no sitting back and waiting for things to happen in farming life; you need to get on with things and make them happen and I love that I can bring that energy and those skills across into my coaching approach for you. My early start in farming and the love for animals and the environment that followed sparked a keen interest in understanding the relationship between ourselves and the planet and the interconnectedness of the cycles of life, whether that be farming cycles, the changing seasons, lifecycles of flora and fauna, of the human race and even on a spiritual level, an interest in the life cycle of the seven chakras. These core values underpin everything I do both in my personal and professional life, and have informed the ‘whole-person’ coaching approach that I have developed. All change After a career working in the corporate world for almost a decade, something shifted and I wanted more. I wanted to do something which was more aligned with my own personal values, reconnecting with the influences of my early life on the farm. So over the following years I retrained in beauty therapy, personal training, sports therapy and sports massage and headed in a completely different direction.

ZunTold is an independent publishing company, based in Manchester, focusing on publishing good fiction to support mental health and wellbeing. We publish Middle Grade and YA fiction and love working with established voices as well as debut authors. Our authors have been nominated for literary prizes, including the Carnegie Medal, and won prestigious awards too, like the Lancashire Book of the Year Award, chosen solely by young people aged 13-14 years of age. We work with agented authors but twice a year, (in June for YA and in December for Middle Grade) we open our doors to authors who do not have an agent. We do not publish picture books as we don’t have the expertise to do so. We publish in print, e-book and interactive books. We run a programme we call Fiction as Therapy. Our staff are publishing professionals, writers, editors, counsellors and psychotherapists who have also trained in Therapeutic Writing. Books are 'healers for the soul' and creative writing brings many health benefits. Our Fiction as Therapy service offers a therapeutic programme of bibliotherapy across different age audiences and creative writing for therapeutic purposes, for young people and adults looking to support their mental and physical health and wellbeing. There is a growing evidence base that therapeutic writing and bibliotherapy can support people with long term physical health conditions as well as improving mental health. We are building links with NHS Trusts and Social Care providing an online library and blended services of tailored support to individuals and communities.

After suffering serious health challenges and feeling disconnected from my body, I was in need of grounding and feeling whole again. Cherished Blossoms, operated by Cynthia Jackson and a team of creative artists and teachers, is currently based in Kumasi, Ghana. Welcome to Harris Westminster Sixth Form. We are one of the highest-performing sixth forms in the UK and it is my enormous privilege to lead it as Head of School. I have worked at Harris Westminster since 2015 and this is truly a special school, with the most fantastic students and the most engaging and inspirational staff. My educational background is a little different to most of our students; I grew up in the United States while attending boarding school in Worcestershire, but I then went on to study Economics at UCL and have been based in London ever since. My own school journey is what drives my desire to work with students like ours. I teach maths and love maths- but didn't read it at university (it wasn't the cool option...!) It is our job as sixth form staff to help make sure our students make the best decisions for themselves around what they love, through sharing as much information we can and being sounding boards for their ambitions. At the heart of our school is the belief that, given the right opportunities, students from any background can succeed at the highest levels, both at university or apprenticeships and in their future careers. Our academic successes are clear, both in terms of outstanding A-Level results and post-18 destinations, and we are particularly proud of the achievement of those students from less advantaged backgrounds. While academics are important and are the key to opening doors to universities or apprenticeships, it is the enormous breadth of other opportunities available to Harris Westminster students that really set them up for success in life, and sets us apart from other sixth forms.
