We provide health visiting services, school nursing services including a special educational needs school nursing team and a vaccination and immunisation service. We also offer oral health programmes, health services for children looked after by the Council, those who are leaving care and children and young people who are supported by youth offending services. In Wakefield, we also provide a school vaccination and immunisation service. Prevention and early help In Bradford we work closely with the Council across the four Family Hubs.
