I am pleased to say that I adhere to the ATTA Guide Qualifications & Performance Standard as far as is possible, but understand that individual operators may not need to fulfill all aspects of the standard. I am qualified in a range of fitness options including Exercise to Music, Gym Instructing, Indoor Cycling, Zumba, Zumba Gold, Aqua Zumba, Kid’s Zumba, Kettlebells, Fitness Pilates, Fitness Pilates for older adults, Level 3 Pilates, Pilates for Orthopaedic Conditions, Chair Based Exercise, BuggyBeat and Children’s Fitness. I love taking new fitness courses and believe passionately that, as fitness professionals, it is important to keep things fresh and continue to learn and update our knowledge and skills, to provide quality fitness experiences for participants. The vast majority of the classes I teach are now online. I love the flexibility this brings my participants and it's the perfect place to bring creativity into my classes.
