Claire Warner (she/her) is a Charity Culture, Wellbeing & Leadership Specialist. 

Before developing this specialism, Claire had 19 years working in the charity sector, including 10 years in Director / Senior Leader roles. But it was a period of significant unwellbeing (breast cancer) that led Claire to the career change. And it was in conducting a large piece of research into sector wellbeing, that Claire recognised this significant gap in provision and went on to create Lift. 

In 2020, Claire won the Best Digital Leader Award at the Social CEO Awards for her wellbeing work during the pandemic. In 2021, she curated the first Charity Workplace Wellbeing Summit and was named as one of Charity Times Magazine’s 20 Pandemic Pioneers.

What does this course cover?
This is an online course for developing history leadership in primary teaching. This term, we will be piloting the course as an immersive programme covering the key elements of primary history subject leadership, enabling all involved in history leadership at primary to carry out their role effectively.
How is this course structured and delivered?
The course will take place in ten online sessions from January–May 2025. Sessions 1, 8 and 10 are compulsory to attend live. Participants will be required to complete a gap task after each session and contribute to an online reflection diary.
The other sessions will be recorded for participants to work through at their convenience, though participants are encouraged to attend the recording sessions live in order to make the most of the programme. This programme is designed for anyone who is a subject coordinator or subject leader for history in their primary school. You may have just been appointed as a subject leader, or be more experienced but looking for formal training or fresh inspiration and direction.

In January 2024 alone, reports were published about the SRA taking enforcement action against 3 firms and 4 individuals for failure to comply with the Money Laundering Regulations 2017. The fines issued for these non-compliances total over &pound;570,000 plus costs. Welcome! And thank you for being curious about The Goddess Hour. If you are searching for connection, this could be for you. Each event is different and is filled with Love and Laughter.
I am given a theme for the evening, usually on the day of the event itself and this then becomes our focus for the session, as we follow the guidance and teachings that arise through spoken word, meditation and sharing.
They are beautiful spontaneous affairs that are always different and sometimes surprising! Most importantly they foster a great sense of connection within and without and everyone feels empowered and inspired through attending.
I was guided by the great Goddess Isis to run the first of these events back in May of 2023 and they have been taking place ever since, on the last Wednesday of the month.

Navigating Difficult Conversations: Turn Tension Into Progress takes a targeted approach to helping people to manage emotional tension and conduct conversations in a way that enables all parties to stay engaged in collaborative dialogue.
Participants will shift their mindset from fearing and avoiding difficult conversations to seeing them as the way to make progress on important issues. And they’ll develop the skills to build trust and respect in every relationship as they navigate sensitive topics.
