RYT 500+ hours (Hatha/Vinyasa/Ashtanga yoga for 200 hours, Kundalini/Holistic yoga for 300 hours at Indian school) and has kept studying Kundalini and Tantra yoga for over 3 years at the school. Kotomi teaches All level Hatha yoga classes, inspired by Kundalini and Tantra, including pranayama and meditation with mantra chanting to bring balance physically mentally and spiritually.
