Day 1 January 11, 2025: Trauma Recovery and Emotional Resilience
This day focuses on trauma recovery techniques, equipping participants with strategies for addressing PTSD, anxiety, depression, and grief. Key methods include the Three-Stage Model of Trauma Recovery and Ego Strengthening Techniques, as well as metaphors for healing, such as the "Special/Sanctuary Place" and "Broken Jar" metaphors, to help clients process complex emotions in a safe, therapeutic environment.
Day 2 January 18, 2025: Advanced Hypnotherapy for Healing and Reconnection
Participants explore techniques to meet essential client needs, such as sleep and pain management. Methods include Esdaile State, Post-Hypnotic Suggestions, and Time Distortion for prolonged relaxation. Sessions cover treating conditions like insomnia and chronic pain, with additional focus on Kundalini practices and somatic breathwork to help clients reconnect with lost parts of themselves and address deeply rooted emotional pain.
Day 3 January 25, 2025: Addressing Life Changes and Emotional Well-being.
Training emphasizes support for clients dealing with life changes like fertility issues, birth trauma, grief, and loss. Techniques include Guided Imagery and Cognitive Restructuring, as well as the Inner Advisor Technique and Primal Imaging for fertility support. The focus is on helping clients develop emotional resilience, self-compassion, and a healthier mindset around life transitions.
Day 4 February 8, 2025: Addressing Substance Use and Secondary Gains.
We delve into understanding the underlying emotional benefits, or "secondary gains," of substance use, helping therapists develop targeted questions and choose suitable interventions. Motivational interviewing Techniques and Parts Therapy support clients in uncovering and transforming behaviours related to substance misuse, providing a foundation for sustainable change.
Day 5 February 15, 2025: Grief and Loss – Releasing Emotional Blockages.
Participants revisit Parts Therapy to work with clients who are managing grief and loss. Methods focus on addressing symptoms like sleep problems, depression, and PTSD, while also facilitating acceptance and self-compassion. Techniques help clients process complex emotions, let go of resentments, and reconnect with life-affirming activities.
Day 6 February 22, 2025: Integrating Parts Therapy for Self-Acceptance and Fulfilment
Participants deepen their understanding of Parts Therapy by mapping and negotiating with internal parts. Techniques encourage self-acceptance and help clients harmonize their inner selves, enabling them to embrace their unique strengths and overcome inner conflicts. By the end of the retreat, participants are prepared to guide clients toward wholeness and emotional integration.
Day 7 and 8 are on retreat arrival Fri 07 Mar 2025 from 13:00 departure date: Mon 10 Mar 2025 (3 nights) at 10:00am The retreat is free for students who have completed days 1 to 6. A small fee is charged for those needing accommodation. These are your real life case study days and are a combination of techniques learned and practised on the previous 6 days. 
Day 7: Deep Self-Reconnection and Emotional Healing
This day offers a holistic experience with one-on-one hypnotherapy, Parts Therapy, and breathwork. Participants reconnect with hidden parts of themselves through group hypnosis and a Cacao Ceremony. Techniques aim to release past traumas, foster self-empowerment, and cultivate a strong sense of personal clarity and purpose.
Day 8: Holistic Techniques for Emotional Freedom and Resilience bringing home the Inner child retreat. 
This transformative retreat day is crafted to foster authentic happiness, emotional resilience, and self-compassion by reconnecting participants with their inner child and addressing emotional flexibility. Through immersive exercises and Parts Therapy, participants will explore early experiences, release limiting beliefs, and learn to embrace life’s full spectrum of emotions. The day offers a safe, nurturing environment where individuals can explore unresolved emotions, reconnect with inner strengths, and rediscover a sense of playfulness and creativity.
