In this day workshop you will using cold wax to create a batik effect pattern that you then turn into a chunky bead necklace.&nbsp; The day will begin with an introductory sample piece before progressing onto your necklace design. You may bring colour samples with you or even pattern ideas, however, the day package includes all materials, resources,&nbsp; refreshments and&nbsp; a light lunch.&nbsp; &nbsp;You will enjoy learning in a peaceful setting in my garden studio. Suitable for absolute beginners, adults and children 11+. Handcraft pure silver charms and create a beautiful bracelet.
What’s included in the price?
All tools and 20g of silver clay, sterling silver chain and findings. Learn how to use moulds to create your own charms and basic silver soldering.
All your creations will be kiln or torch fired and finished with 925 sterling silver findings and barrel polished.
Weekdays or weekends - 6 hours. 9am to 3pm or 10am to 4pm.

Beginners Silver Clay Charm Bracelet Workshop £190

This Silver Ring Workshop is designed for absolute beginners. It will be a great introduction to working with silver and will see you make your very own silver ring, using skills acquired during your day.
Your silver ring will be a choice of two silver bands, which you will have the opportunity to personalise by adding texture, if you wish. You will also be shown how to cut and attach a silver disc, which you may decide to keep flat or choose to dome (pictured). If you decide not to attach your disc, you are welcome to make it into a pendant or charm instead.
Your experienced tutor will guide you through the making process. During the workshop you will learn various techniques including how to; correctly measure your ring size, cut and shape your silver, add texture using stamps and hammering, solder, and more – all in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
This workshop will run from 10.00am until 4.00pm, with a pause for a ploughman-style lunch. Your lunch and all the materials to make your beautiful silver ring will be provided, as will a workshop apron for you to wear during your day.
Whether you are looking to make a bespoke silver ring for yourself or a friend, or you are curious to learn if working with silver might be your new obsession, join us for this enjoyable and creative day!
