During this time, she merged her education background with experience of private client services and worked alongside family offices and private client advisors to find the most appropriate and reputable schools, university courses and careers experiences for families. In her role as a school manager of a London independent school, Gabrielle experienced first-hand the need for parents to receive impartial, trusted advice and personal attention with their child’s education. With 20 years’ experience in nurturing the academic development of children aged 3 to 17 years, Gabrielle has expert knowledge of how children learn and how to cater to their educational needs. She understands that a child’s future is shaped by the quality of education he or she receives. Supporting families with educational choices and planning ‘next steps’ in a child’s education, are two essential skills that Gabrielle brings to helping families. Gabrielle understands that in a global economy, and in senior positions of business; families are often required to move in a moment’s notice. The site allows you to link in with your social media profiles to share content with peers, clubs and players. Our vision is to build a global, inclusive, online community of coaches: learning, interacting and creating, together. It is through our work with our clubs, that we have become acutely aware of the challenges facing amateur, semi-pro and even professional coaches. We know that in coaching (like most other jobs) people are always looking for new content to ensure their players remain in love with the game; to keep them engaged, learning, developing, and most importantly having fun. After the initial research Michelle worked with clinicians and specialists in the field of oncology and medicine to understand what we could do and how complementary therapies could be utilised more effectively for those living with dis-ease and life limiting health conditions. Now an active ambassador for integrative health and lifestyle medicine, Michelle works alongside numerous charities and health focused organisations to bring the pillars of wellness front and center. Prior to launching tpot, Michelle was responsible for leading, educating and designing luxury spa, health and wellness teams and brands around the world. Building on her initial and multi-disciplined range of clinical complementary therapy skills. In addition to leading and evolving tpot (something she has always proudly called her passion project), Michelle spent 7 years curating the health and wellness concept and experiences, through design and deliverables, throughout the Pegasus Life community living portfolio - with the aim of revolutionising retirement living in the UK. She has also spent the last few years in her consultancy capacity supporting the future of workplace wellness strategies and meaningful wellness experience curation for large financial and tech led institutions. All whilst still leading her private talking therapy practise clinic one day a week supporting clients with their mental and emotional wellbeing - particularly when faced with life limiting health conditions, trauma and disease. I loved the variety of HR but the best bit for me was having great one to one conversations, asking insightful questions to allow people the time and space to really think - and seeing them grow as a result. I’m very privileged that I can now focus on this as a career as a Coach. I’ve worked in a variety of industries, including Defense, Aviation and Technology but the part of my job that I always loved was having 1:1 purposeful conversations, that helped the person solve a problem for themselves or see something in a new way. My first experience of being coached was early on in my career where I was able to discover insights and a level of self-awareness that I still reflect on today. I’ve since had coaching sessions at key points in my career when I’ve felt stuck and am a huge advocate of the transformation it can bring. I love seeing the ‘a-ha’ moments that a coaching conversation brings to help people to move forward. I’m excited to meet future clients to explore your story and help you with your own transformation. My Qualifications I graduated from the University of West of England (UWE) with a 2:1 in Business Studies. I then went onto to study for a Diploma in Human Resource Management, also at UWE. In 2019 I completed an Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Fundamentals of Coaching and Mentoring, and am currently studying an ILM level 7 Executive & Senior Level Coaching with In Good Company.
