On the last Sunday of every month we have a dance workshop in a different style each time! This month is jazz dance! Adult Sunday Sessions are open-level and are carefully designed for all ages, backgrounds and abilities. A defibrillator (AED) plays an essential part when attempting to save the life of someone who is in cardiac arrest. This training aims to provide the learner with the knowledge, confidence and skills to effectively use the this equipment in a safe and competent manner.

This course aims to give the learner an understanding of the term "Drag Lift" and the implications of the technique, for the client and the carer. and Health & Social Care organisations
