Our 6 hour Emergency First Aid at Work course gives the participant the knowledge, skills and confidence to deal with with first aid incidents in the work environment. Employers can book this course for their employees in the knowledge that they are fulfilling their duty to provide quality first aid training to their employees.

1 DAY T-SHIRT PRINTING WORKSHOP £75.00 The perfect introduction to t-shirt screen printing, our beginner workshop is ideal for anyone interested in learning the complete screen printing process or simply looking to print some t-shirts with their own design for a special occasion. The sessions will run from 10am – 4pm with a 1 hour break for lunch. The day will be split as follows: Morning After a short intro into the studio and the process you’ll guided through how to coat and expose your design onto your screen. Afternoon After lunch we’ll cover ink mixing and the process of setting up the t-shirt carousel ready for printing. When the screens are dry and colours are chosen everyone will have a go at printing their t-shirts. 1 DAY FABRIC PRINTING WORKSHOP £75.00 The perfect introduction to fabric screen printing, our beginner workshop is ideal for anyone interested in learning the complete screen printing process or simply looking to print some tea towels or cushion covers with their own design for a special occasion. The sessions will run from 10am – 4:00pm (subject to class size) with a 30 min break for lunch. The day will be split as follows: Morning After a short intro into the studio and the process you’ll guided through how to coat and expose your design onto your screen. Afternoon After lunch we’ll decide on colours and select print pastes and go through the process of setting up the fabric tables ready for printing. When the screens are dry everyone will have a go at printing their fabric. Each person will walk away with 1 metre of fabric printed with their own 1 or 2 colour design. 1 DAY PAPER PRINTING WORKSHOP £75.00 The perfect introduction to paper screen printing, our beginner workshop is ideal for anyone interested in learning the complete screen printing process or simply looking to print an edition with their own design for a special occasion. The sessions will run from 10am – 4pm with a 1 hour break for lunch, a great opportunity to sample one of the many food kiosks located on levels 5 and 6 of the building. The day will be split as follows: Morning After a short intro into the studio and the process you’ll guided through how to coat and expose your design onto your screen. Afternoon After lunch we’ll cover ink mixing and the process of setting up the paper bed ready for printing. Puppy training classes and dog training classes are suitable for general dog training and relationship building. Classes are run in line with the IMDT (Institute of Modern Dog Traioners) code of ethics, and training techniques are based upon positive reinforcement, using dog treats or dog toys and play as rewards for completing the actions we ask the puppy or dog to complete.    Classes will be limited to 6 people, to ensure I can circulate and provide individual feedback relevant to your puppy or dog training. We will teach foundation behaviours, with the benefit of being in a dog training class environment, which relies on your dog working around the distraction of other dogs. Classes will also teach you to effectively communicate with your dog and give you the skills to practice outside of classes and implement the training in your every day life, in a rage of environments. Puppy training classes and Dog training classes last 1 hour. They are run on Friday mornings in Bishop's Stortford. Learn to Swing Dance in a Day! with Simon Selmon Learn the foundations of Lindy Hop, this popular 1940s partner dance. You will learn both the 6 and 8 count Lindy Hop plus some Lindy Charleston. By the end of this session we guarantee you will be able to dance a whole song - and smile at the same time! This workshop with Simon is for absolute beginners and those who have been dancing 6 months or less. No experience necessary or partner required.

Learn the core moves of Egyptian Bellydance, and put it together with a fun choreography to Egyptian pop. We will learn: Correct posture and alignment. Hip movements (figures of eight/mayas (vertical and horizontal), circles and omis, different types of shimmies, drops and accents, locks, twists etc) Undulations and belly accents. Arm and hand positions, paths and movements. Common turns and stepping patterns used in bellydance e.g. pas de bourre. No belly dance experience required, if you are an improver you can refine and "troubleshoot" your base technique here to improve your movement quality. Variations will be offered in class depending on your level. There is also the opportunity to perform the choreography in the group at an end-of-term show (£10 ticket fee)! All classes are streamed and recorded on zoom so you can catch up if you miss a class. Homework with 1-2-1 feedback on WhatsApp included (optional) About your teacher: Jessica Gamil is an international performer, teacher and judge with over 16 years’ of Bellydance experience. Jessica has won Bellydance competitions in Italy and Switzerland, and travels to Cairo and festivals across the world to continue her dance training. Jessica is known for her easy to follow explanations of bellydance technique, so you’ll pick up new movements in no time!

This course is an infant, adolescent, and adult-certified course FOR A GROUP AT YOUR LOCATION OR OURS. First Aid/CPR/AED/Bleeding Control course certified. This is a group course designed for business staff training, churches, sporting venues, and anywhere where CPR/First Aid/AED/Bleeding Control is required.
