Our core values capture the role we hope to play in the full arc of our pupils’
lives, from early years education to career choices and beyond. QV Education
Limited is a private direct investment fund established to acquire and run
independent schools. We made our first acquisition, Boundary Oak School, in
August 2014. Boundary Oak School is an independent coeducational preparatory day
and boarding school for 2 to 16 year olds in Hampshire near Fareham. Originally
a prep school with just 80 pupils, the senior school was launched in September
2016. Boundary Oak is now a thriving community with almost 450 pupils, a highly
motivated staff room and incredible pupil and parent bodies. The school has
retained its family atmosphere and professionalised many of the functions
required to ensure a private school is safeguarded and future-proofed. QV
Education has invested every year in classroom technologies, new teaching spaces
both indoor and outdoors, a new sports hall and a new design technology centre.
