Pilates Instructor, Women’s Health Educator and Trained Physiotherapist. I’m
here to help you FOCUS on your self-care and MOVE your body, through a wealth of
resources including Pilates, Balance Training, Nutritional Counselling, Massage,
C-Section Healing, Diastasis Healing, and Pelvic Health Care. I started doing
Pilates workouts from my experience of coping with pregnancy and recovering
afterwards. Now as I get older (in my 50’s) I am working towards keeping women
fit as they journey through different stages of their lives!
