Where we believe anyone can feel better in their bodies everyday. If you are new
to pilates or a mum who is looking for a gentle, effective, low impact way to
getting your body back in shape, Pilates can be your new sanctuary. I believe
that you don't have to feel the most athletic or toned to feel good about your
body. It's all about being comfortable and confident with who you are. I provide
individual attention (and yes, even in group classes) because I care about you
and your goals for your health. And the classes become more than just classes
where you don't know each other or me. We create a community vibe within each
class and we are more like family. I deeply care about what happens to you
beyond the class. If you feel like you always have to keep up with everyone else
in a class, don't worry! I tailor each class to your level so you start with
