Confined Space Risk Management and Permits - This course includes a basic level of confined space knowledge with the opportunity to use confined space equipment in a simulated environment and a team exercise of creating and reviewing a safe system of work. Note: A pre-requisite qualification is required to complete this course. Day 1 is a CS1 course and the Confined Space Risk Management (CSRM) can be completed as a 1 Day add-on. First Aid Trainer - Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work Courses - delivered at your place of work

This half day course provides participants with the knowledge and skills to write a simple but effective business plan for their organisation. It considers aspects of why business planning is important, what background research is needed, what subject areas to include and how to monitor progress against the business plan. For in-house courses the session could be extended to a whole day with participants spending the afternoon working on a first draft of a business plan.

EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques, often known as Tapping, is a cutting-edge therapeutic skill dating from the 1990s that many therapists are learning. Therapists may have originally studied counselling, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, or one of a number of therapy modalities, and they then learn EFT, or Tapping, in order to improve their offering to their clients. The reason is twofold: 1. The relatively fast, thorough, and long-lasting results – 2. The client is empowered with an easy to use self-help should they wish to use it in-between sessions.
