This certification for this course is valid for 5 years and is endorsed by Build UK as a standard training for all operatives. The certificate is part of CSCS Green Card requirements.
To remain certified in this area, you will need to retake the course before the expiry date or have completed an NVQ2 or higher in your skills set.

This video editing workshop equips you with the essential skills to create professional-looking videos for your business, even if you've never edited before.

Beginner's Guide to Video Editing (Interactive Workshop)

Each week on Zoom, you will meet with others who are dating and share a desire to date in a healthy, informed way. Rachel will give a short talk, lead you in some reflective activities to improve your dating life, and answer your burning questions about dating. As you get to know each other, you'll learn from and support each other too. The course aims to enable you to enjoy healthier, intentional and more empowered dating experiences.

The six week dating programme involves various activities, exercises and assessments, should be fun as well as challenging, and is supported by Rachel’s Dating Workbook (which you will need to buy) and various handouts.

This course is suitable for all over 18, all genders, sexual orientations, ethnic and cultural backgrounds. It is neurodiversity-informed. 

Please note that this is a coaching programme with some psychoeducation and not a substitute for therapy. Participants should be reasonably well-resourced psychologically, and be educated to at least level 2 (UK), to benefit from the course.

I realised that the group sessions would also have a slightly different approach to the 1:1s and thought this could be beneficial to me. I really enjoyed the group course! Rachel's extensive knowledge, from her coaching and research, is evident in the sessions. They were carefully planned and developed but also she managed to personalise them and respond to slightly more individual needs or questions within the group once the sessions were under way. Rachel provided good materials to download as part of the course, in addition to the use of her 'Dating Workbook' as part of the tools for the sessions. I have found these very helpful and the Dating Workbook is great for both guided and independent use. The topics covered in both the group sessions and the Workbook are helpful and it has been good to remind myself about 'who I am', in order to be able to put that forward to potential dates - especially as I feel I am quite a different person now that I am almost 20 years older than when I last dated! Equally useful for me has been working out my 'deal-breakers' and 'deal-makers' to help me be more focussed and intentional with my dates. I look forward to putting these tools and experiences into practice, as well as the sessions from Part 2 of the course, on my next dates and using the Workbook to reflect on how I am progressing towards finding my next relationship.
