Course Content
Candidates will be able to:

Understand the manufacturer’s handbook for the particular machine to be used
Locate and identify the major components of the machine and explain their functions
Locate and identify steering, driving and braking controls and explain their functions
Identify and maintain PPE appropriate for excavator use
Conduct all pre-operational checks in accordance with manufacturer’s and legislative requirements
Safely mount and dismount the machine
Start and stop the engine and safely move the machine off and stop it safely
Configure the machine for travel and manoeuvre it safely across varying terrain in open and confined areas
Conduct all necessary safety checks at the work area
Manoeuvre the machine to the work area and correctly configure in readiness to carry out excavating tasks
Carry out excavating tasks
Load material onto transporting vehicles or into containers
Reinstate excavation, grade and level ground
Fit and remove attachments
Carry out all end of shift and shut down procedures

NPORS CSCS – Candidates must have achieved the relevant CITB Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) touch-screen-test within 2 years.
Good understanding of spoken and written English.

Any person who requires the minimum legal requirement to work on air conditioning and refrigeration equipment including air conditioning and refrigeration engineers and technicians, all plant engineers, apprentices, personnel concerned with the recovery, charging or disposal of refrigerants and new comers into the industry. F Gas Regulations training courses are designed for both experienced air-conditioning and refrigeration engineers and also candidates who are looking to cross train and gain qualifications in the air conditioning / refrigeration sector. This F Gas regulations qualification is to meet the legal requirements of EC Regulation 842/2006 (commonly known as the F Gas Regulations). The Certification Schemes are designed for operatives who install, service and repair refrigeration, air-conditioning and heat pump systems, and require the following skills: Safe handling of refrigerant techniques Pipework and Jointing skills Recovery of Refrigerants (restricted to small systems only) Intrusive and non-intrusive leak and performance checking Category 1 covers all aspects of installation, commissioning, servicing, maintenance, recovery and leak checking on all refrigeration, air-conditioning and heat pump systems in accordance with the F-Gas Regulation EC842/2006, regardless of the weight of refrigerant in the system. Vaccination / Injection Course (GPT601)

Master plant tinctures are sacred, natural extracts derived from powerful Amazonian plants, each carrying unique healing properties.

Instructions:
1. Dosage & Absorption
Empty Stomach for Optimal Absorption: Take your tincture on an empty stomach, ideally at least 30 minutes before eating or 2 hours after your last meal. This enhances absorption and allows the plant’s energy to work more directly. You may want to start with a 5 drops a day working up depending on your sensitivity (up to a maximum of 20 drops per day) 
Sublingual Method (Under the Tongue): Place the recommended number of drops directly under your tongue and hold them there for about 1-2 minutes before swallowing. This method allows the plant’s essence to enter your bloodstream more quickly and efficiently.
