Coaching with Hayley has been an invaluable process. Stepping into your first
leadership role is an unnerving experience that really tests your skills and
resilience. Coaching helped me develop my personal style and strength to become
an effective leader, however it was Hayley's style in particular that I valued -
fostering trust and openness that was more impactful than I expected. I was
genuinely surprised how quickly Hayley supported me to identify the things
holding me back and coach me through them. It's been a great experience working
with Hayley and I can genuinely say that the things I have learnt about
leadership, and myself, through this process will be with me for life.
