Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are extensively utilised to define the scope of work and key responsibilities between a customer and a service provider. It is fundamental that all relevant personnel are familiar with the defining characteristics of SLAs and how the design and implementation of these contracts can impact operational efficiency and brand reputation. PARTICIPANTS WILL LEARN HOW TO: Understand why SLAs are so important for good business management Apply a process to develop effective SLAs that define service level expectations and drive desired behaviours Identify methods by which the SLA can be measured and performance monitored Have an understanding of KPI’s and the relevance of critical success factors COURSE TOPICS INCLUDE: Procurement cycle, process structure and tendering Best practice contract management and the 3 C’s Supplier performance measurement and KPIs SLA use, benefits and application The SLA development process The monitoring and control of SLAs

(4-6yrs) Mini Movers is an introduction to more structured ballet dance and movement based class. The session includes Ballet and an introduction to JazzPops. TRIAL BOOKINGS: Of course you are welcome to watch the trial class but following the trial, WhizzDancers are expected to be independent in the room. TERM BOOKINGS: You are welcome to watch the first class but following this your WhizzDancer will be expected to go in the class independently. You will be expected to provide full uniform. Details will be sent following. We have lots of opportunities ahead for your WhizzDancer including exams and shows. (5-8yrs) Using a range of music from the latest pop songs to great musical theatre songs (old and new!) JazzPops offers a range of dance throughout the term with a dash of some musical games. Combined with an introduction to Tap class, incorporating the work of the ISTD Primary Class along with some toe tapping and super fun stomping choreography!  TRIAL BOOKINGS: Of course you are welcome to watch the trial class but following the trial, WhizzDancers are expected to be independent in the room. TERM BOOKINGS: You are welcome to watch the first class but following this your WhizzDancer will be expected to go in the class independently. You will be expected to provide full uniform. (6-7yrs) The syllabus is based on the ISTD grade however we do also incorporate an imaginative playful approach to the work to keep the Ballet fun. All technique can be boring and we don't want that! Designed for managers that are responsible for organizing and planning work activities within a confined space. The manager may or may not supervise the actual job. The manager cannot enter the confined space. It identifies the employer’s responsibilities within their own policies to allocate duties to competent employees. To achieve this qualification the delegate must hold the level 2 qualification relevant to their own work environment including the use confined space equipment.
