Dakoda’s Dance Academy, we offer a nurturing environment where preschool children can learn to express themselves through movement. Acro is a style of that combines gymnastics and tumbling, while tricks involve learning how to perform stunts such as flips and cartwheels. Our gymnastics classes focus on developing strength and flexibility, which are essential for both dance and acrobatics. Our classes are designed to be challenging yet fun, and we aim to provide a safe and supportive environment for your child to learn and grow. We believe that every child has the potential to be a great dancer, and we work hard to help them achieve their goals. At our dance school, we offer classes for children of all ages and skill levels. Whether your child is a beginner or an advanced dancer, we have the right class for them. Our classes are also structured in such a way that they are age-appropriate, so you can be sure that your child is learning in a safe and supportive environment.

Gentle and slow paced yoga class - This class is ideal for those who are looking for a gentle mindful approach to yoga whether a beginner or more experienced. These classes will include gentle yoga postures, joint freeing movements, breathing and mindfulness practices as well as short guided meditations where you are encouraged to lie down (or sit in a chair if you wish) Whilst an ability to get up from and down to the floor is helpful, all the practices can also be done whilst sitting in a chair. The class will be structured around the needs of those who attend. Occasionally I may teach most of the class as chair yoga, where everyone is sat on a chair.

Hatha flow yoga class My signature yoga class, includes breath centred flowing sequences with more challenging variations for those that want them. Options given for whether you are new or more experienced. Each week is themed and you can expect yoga postures, short meditations which are guided and plenty of time for relaxation. The perfect way to finish off a Sunday evening. All levels including beginners welcome. Spare mats are available, but please feel free to bring your own favourite mat. Please arrive 5 - 10 mins before the class. Changing facilities are available. £11 per class or £7.50 concessions.
