While we&rsquo;re often told not to linger on the past, it can be difficult to move on in life without a clear sense of where we&rsquo;ve come from. Like driving, we still need to look in the rear-view mirror to manoeuvre mindfully and journey forward.</p>
<p>People have been writing about their own lives for centuries. The process of writing reflectively encourages us to explore important memories, often unearthing forgotten moments, and to consider how we&rsquo;ve grown and developed since then. Creating a written piece can be a way of &lsquo;clearing the shelves&rsquo; in our minds and, like all writing, bring a sense of accomplishment.</p>
<p>This workshop is a dedicated space to reflect on an important memory or experience in your life, consider how it has impacted you, and use creative writing skills to begin developing a piece of reflective, autobiographical writing. We will also finish the workshop with some mindfulness through writing. The class is suitable for anyone who wants to develop their writing skills or dedicate time to exploring a significant past experience. No writing experience is necessary!<br /><br /></p>
<p><strong>About Matthew:</strong></p>
<p>Matthew studied English Literature at the University of Glasgow and has been teaching English in schools and to foreign language students for fifteen years. He writes novels, short stories, poetry, and non-fiction, and has spoken at various book launches, festivals, and writing groups including the Cymera Festival, The Nottingham Writers&rsquo; Studio, Writing East Midlands, and Poetry LGBT. He won the National Trust for Scotland's Morton Writing Competition in 2019 and recently won the Strathkelvin Writers' Group poetry competition.<br />Matthew is also a qualified Reiki II healer and a keen Ashtanga yoga practitioner with a fascination for tarot, meditation and crystal healing.</p>

Dear all, 

Unlike other times, Spirit is asking me to invite you on this journey totaly “blindfolded”.
While I have received various messages lately, I'm being guided to leave the space blank, so that our minds don't get attached to any expectations, at this time more than ever.
The format of the session will also be slightly adjusted, in the sense that our journey will focus very much on Attunement through Light Language. If I can say so, it will be more of a “technical” session, sort of a high-precision surgery, meant to enable the ajustments in our energy field that are required for a coherent transition.
Spirit's only clear message for the collective at this time is:

THE SESSION
Our attunement will take place in the very high vibrational Angelic Realm and, as such, it will be enabled by Angelic Beings. We'll be working specifically with the archangels Metatron and Sandalfon, through sacred codes, patterns and frequencies.
We'll be welcoming our Higher Selves and the Planetary and Galactic Council of Light to join our journey.
Our work will also be supported by the IEC (interdimensional Energy Converter), which is a high vibration multidimensional device, working in the quantum field and bridging between spirituality and science, acting as a Gate of Consciousness, an experimental and experiential technology meant to increase the flow of Light in the heavier, denser dimensions.

DETAILS
The session will be held on Zoom, it will start at 3pm UTC (UK Time) on Saturday, 30.11.2024 and it will last for about 1.5 - 2h (depending on attendance). 
We'll start with a short talk, introducing the energies that we are going to work with and we'll follow up with a collective attunement, focussed on Light Language transmissions.
The last part will be dedicated to personal messages, bringing in guidance from Spirit for each of us.  You might want to ask a specific question, but you don't necessarily need to;, Spirit will deliver to you the message that is the most helpful at this time, as it always does.

The core of this certified course is the 300 page National Guild of Hypnotists’ training manual.
The course will be held in London. It consists of 12 days classroom training plus case studies. Each training day runs from 9am to about 5.30pm with breaks for coffee/tea and lunch. There is an optional additional online training day on marketing and setting up office which is offered at no extra charge.

After being on the brink of burnout myself, I stumbled upon simple, yet impactful self-help, self-care and relaxation tools. These quick, effective techniques helped me rebuild my strength, reclaim my sense of self and navigate challenges with renewed stamina and joy.  And that’s how The SHARE Project was born.
What is The SHARE Project?
The SHARE Project is built on a simple principle: you need to put your own oxygen mask on first!  By nurturing yourself, you’re better equipped to support your children. Through our three, weekly, set of live online workshops, delivered via Zoom, you’ll discover practical tools to bring more calm and happiness into your daily life.
Here’s what you can expect:
Weekly Workshops:  Each week, we’ll introduce and practice one or two tools designed to fit seamlessly into your life (in just a few minutes at a time, I promise!). These are not your typical “luxury spa day” suggestions — because let’s face it, who has time for that?  Instead, you’ll learn sustainable, go-to strategies that you can use anytime, anywhere, to boost your wellbeing, even in the midst of chaos.  You will also receive a mid-week email of encouragement between workshops and printables to help record and track your progress.
Ongoing Support:  In each session, we’ll review your progress, fine-tune your approach, if needed, and introduce the next tool.  
Community Connection: You’ll be part of a supportive group of fellow SEN parents and carers who understand the unique challenges you face.

Using pre-recorded training, interactive on-line content (through Padlet), self-directed learning and live events, this substantial and comprehensive blended training course keeps delegates interested, engaged and learning new ways to bring excellence to their 24-hour postural care provision and focuses on the often neglected lying position and how unsupported lying drives changes to a person's body shape which impacts sitting, standing and functional movement. 
You will have access to the online learning from 4th November 2024 and be provided with all the information you will need to complete the course. At 1pm (GMT) on 4th November you will then join the trainers for an introductory event via Zoom to provide an outline of the training and to answer any questions you may have. Over the next few weeks you can access the pre-recorded training videos and interactive online content to enable you to complete the workbook. On 16th December there will be a series of live discussion events for the specific ages the course covers to assess your learning (you must attend at least one of these events - please see below for further information). 
Why? 
People with complex needs, deserve a thorough, co-ordinated 24-hour postural care service. We only get one body and yet people with complex disabilities don't always get the 'annual service' afforded the equipment they use.
Posture Positive report (2020) found training is a key aspect to developing resilient and robust 24-hour postural care for people with complex needs. Every person with complex needs or limited movement requires a comprehensive 24-hour postural care service delivered in a personalised way. 
Who? 
The course is suitable for specialist physiotherapists, specialist occupational therapists and other highly trained healthcare professionals working in health, SEN and social care. 
The course breaks down the life span of a person as follows:
0-3 years
Children and young people in education
Adults
Older people an palliative care
Each delegate selects the aspects of the course relevant to their particular area of practice whilst having access to all the course resources.

On completion of the course, it is hoped delegates will be equipped with the knowledge needed to deliver an outstanding, person-centred, 24-hour postural care service.

You can focus on one specific age group or take a general approach allowing you to adapt the course to meet your own learning objectives. 
On 16th December the final live review events with the trainers via Zoom are available for the specific ages that the course covers. You must attend at least one of these live discussion (the one most relevant to your practice) but you are welcome to join all four. Please note the timings are GMT.
