Needle-felting is a fascinating experience, watching creations taking a life and
form of their own as you work. It is a very intuitive and tactile craft. Tools
required are few and the materials relatively inexpensive. The work can be
picked up and put down at a moment’s notice, and can be carried out almost
anywhere. Michelle started teaching the craft eight years ago, holding regular
workshops at venues across the country. She has now taught over 2000 people and
her book on Needlefelting will be published in January 2024 by Crowood Press.
Workshops are held in a very relaxed atmosphere - it’s been said that the laughs
are as good as the course! There are several regular venues all over the
country or you can travel to Furzie's Workshop in Somerset or arrange for Furzie
to travel to you.
