Motorvate UK is an educational training provider based in Coventry. We specialize in structured motor vehicle training courses and construction courses. Our learners come from schools city wide and are usually those students disengaged from education or on the verge of exclusion from school with very low academic achievements.We also work in collaboration with Right Step Careers providing education and support for 18-24 year old’s who are not in education, employment or training. We have successfully trained over 3500 young people in the Coventry area since we began in 2003. We continue to work in partnership with many great local organisations including: WM Police, Right Step Careers, Fire Service, The Pod, Coventry City Council, Connexions and Sensory Services for the deaf blind and those with special needs. The school was originally a sponsored academy but in 2014 following an Ofsted inspection which judged the academy to be outstanding we became a sponsor in our own right. Sidney Stringer is now the lead school in the Sidney Stringer Multi Academy Trust and there are currently 5 schools in the trust: Ernesford Grange Community Academy, Radford Primary Academy, Riverbank Academy (Special School) and Sidney Stringer Primary Academy. All of the schools are working together with the aim of providing an outstanding education for all of our pupils.
