New Directions was set up in 1994 to help signpost people into employment. The
business has grown remarkably over the past couple of decades, and has changed
to reflect the needs of recruitment and training trends. Our operation now
exists across eleven UK cities and towns. Our aim is to embed ourselves in the
communities we work within. By becoming a partner to key markets we can best
understand their needs. We have evolved our offer to include training services
to help businesses up-skill their employees as well as offering a bespoke
recruitment service. Throughout all of the markets we work within – education,
social care, domiciliary care, and the pharmaceutical sector – we aim to become
a supplier of choice.
