Things to Remember:
Please, wear comfortable clothing.
Water to keep hydrated – for Cacao this is important. 
If you feel the cold, we suggest a small blanket to keep cosy. 
Your Journal and a pen.
Bring a candle to light 
Anything you would like to add to the virtual altar to create our sacred space. 

How to Prepare for a Cacao Ceremony:
Try not to eat for 3-4 hours prior to the Ceremony.
Avoid caffeine and dairy cow products on the day (they do not mix well with Cacao)
Keep well hydrated by drinking plenty of water. 
It is highly recommended to avoid alcohol the day before
