Once you’ve passed your driving test. You are then ready for Pass Plus, the intensive training course that will help you become a better driver and possibly get you a discount on your insurance. So as well as improving your driving skills, it could also help you save money.
The Pass Plus Scheme is a Driving Standards Agency supported scheme which aims to promote and improve road safety for newly qualified drivers and must be taken within the first year of passing the driving test.

Over her career to date, she has also worked in editorial for an academic publisher, in rights and marketing for an audiobook publisher and as an intern at Felicity Bryan Literary Agency. Camille has an MSc in Publishing from Edinburgh Napier University and an MA in English Literature from the University of Edinburgh. She currently serves as the Secretary of the Association of Authors&rsquo; Agents, as well as Co-Chair for the AAA&rsquo;s Bridge Committee for early career agents and assistants. She previously volunteered at the Story Museum in Oxford.</p><p fr-original-style="">Camille loves engaging with narratives on a structural level in order to draw out their best qualities. She has varied taste with a particular interest in children&rsquo;s and YA fiction and non-fiction, as well as adult non-fiction. In MG, she would love to see stories with heart and with a classic, lyrical tone, in the vein of Katya Balen, or with the inventiveness of Frances Hardinge or the action-packed sequences and acerbic wit of Jonathan Stroud. In YA she is looking for all genres whether they be on the more literary or commercial sides, but with an emphasis on romance. She would also be interested in seeing crossover romance, be that contemporary or fantasy, and stories featuring characters in their very early twenties.</p><p fr-original-style="">Camille would love to see proposals for smart and accessible non-fiction (children&rsquo;s or adult) which teach us about the world we live in, which shine a light on a culture (encompassing everything including workplace culture), which are empowering or which encourage deep thinking and fundamental shifts in perspective. She is not currently looking for memoir unless it is also doing one of these things. Our CITB Online - Site Supervisors’ Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) Refresher course is designed to give attendees a broad reminder of their responsibilities for health and safety on construction sites. Approved and endorsed by the United Kingdom Contractors Group, the SSSTS refresher course is a must for anyone who occupies a supervisory role on UKCG sites and wants to brush up on their knowledge of their legal responsibilities and the latest construction industry regulations.
The SSSTS Refresher course has been created to provide existing supervisors, or those who are just entering into a supervisory role, with in-depth knowledge of health and safety legislation and procedures. If a candidate completed a full SSSTS training course up to 5 years ago, they will be required to attend a refresher programme.
Prerequisites
SSSTS certificates are of course valid for up to 5 years, but due to the ever-changing nature of the industry, it is recommended that staff stay up to date by enrolling on a refresher course long before the qualification expires.

You must ensure that the firm maintains an up to date practice wide risk assessment. Course outcomes
The MHFA Refresher course takes four hours to complete and will enable learners to:

The Academy provides a list of Private and NHS Dental Surgeries, who are regularly contacting us when looking for more Trainee Dental Nurses, so you can contact them directly as a registered student at the Academy. This is a paid job, unless you would like to work voluntary for personal reasons. We also provide a reference letter to the employee in case you need it.

The curriculum is based on the GDC (General Dental Council) registration requirements for dental nurses. When are the exams?
There are two exams:
1. Multiple choice theory exam. November and March.

Record of Experience (eROE)
To be eligible to sit your first exam, you have to complete your electronic Record of Experience (eROE). The eROE has to be submitted to your tutor by 31st Jan for March exam, and 31st August for November exam.

How do I attend?

EITHER -
CLASSROOM OPTION - Attend one of our scheduled classroom locations, completing your Introduction to Phlebotomy Course over 2 days. You will also complete your Advanced Training at the end of the first day and your Competency Training at the end of the second day.

Our Introduction to Phlebotomy and Advanced Phlebotomy Training Kits are supplied at no charge when booking our virtual classroom training option.
If you would like to add one or both of these kits to your classroom training option then these are available to add at time of booking. Our comprehensive training kits each mirror the same equipment and supplies used in the classroom and both include detailed video tutorials, allowing you to continue to practice and "hone" your skills after you have completed your practical training.

VIRTUAL CLASSROOM OPTION- Complete your theory training online at home or work, then join us for a one day Zoom session to complete your Introduction to Phlebotomy virtual classroom training, followed by your Advanced Training in the evening of the same day. You have the option to add a classroom-based competency session, awarding a CPD Accredited Geopace Certificate of Competency, at time of booking.

Our Virtual Classroom option includes two very comprehensive training kits - one for your introductory course and one for your advanced course.
