After a career in Costume for Theatre and Television, I followed my passion for Yoga. I was offered a place by my teacher Naomi Hayama on a yoga foundation course, and from there I went on to study at Bristol City Yoga with Laura Gilmore. Now Yoga has built a Yoga Community in the South West of Bristol & North Somerset. We are on line via zoom and at Failand village Hall weekly. We are a small studio offering a creative mix of practices through Yoga & wellbeing.
