This course is aimed at candidates that require the knowledge and practical skills to operate mobile elevating work platforms (scissor lifts) safely and efficiently while carrying out work at heights.

Our Virtual Classroom option includes two very comprehensive training kits - one for your introductory course and one for your advanced course. Our Route to Competency Masterclass - Live Blood Sessions can only be completed in a classroom environment. This is included when you book a classroom option. When booking the virtual classroom option you can choose to add this at time of booking. You will receive a voucher code to enable you to book onto any upcoming dates or locations. For most of our two day course we run our competency training at the end of the second day and therefore you should be able to complete your full training programme with us over two days.

Dear all, 

Unlike other times, Spirit is asking me to invite you on this journey totaly “blindfolded”.
While I have received various messages lately, I'm being guided to leave the space blank, so that our minds don't get attached to any expectations, at this time more than ever.
The format of the session will also be slightly adjusted, in the sense that our journey will focus very much on Attunement through Light Language. If I can say so, it will be more of a “technical” session, sort of a high-precision surgery, meant to enable the ajustments in our energy field that are required for a coherent transition.

DETAILS
The session will be held on Zoom, it will start at 3pm UTC (UK Time) on Saturday, 30.11.2024 and it will last for about 1.5 - 2h (depending on attendance). 
We'll start with a short talk, introducing the energies that we are going to work with and we'll follow up with a collective attunement, focussed on Light Language transmissions.
The last part will be dedicated to personal messages, bringing in guidance from Spirit for each of us.  You might want to ask a specific question, but you don't necessarily need to;, Spirit will deliver to you the message that is the most helpful at this time, as it always does.

4 - IR Vein Detector:
Demonstration of the IR vein detector for assisting in detection of difficult veins.
5 - Veins in back of hand:
Detecting suitable veins in the back of the hand.
6 - POC testing:
Point of Care Testing - use of glucose meter to demonstrate a typical POC test procedure. Correct use and overview of other POC test devices.
7 - Using lancets (finger collection)
We look at the correct use of lancets for POC testing and whole blood micro-collection.
8 - Using lancets (heel collection)
We look at the correct use of lancets for neonatal blood spot tests (Guthrie Test).
9 - Capillary collection
Using glass capillary tubes for micro-collection. Correct use and handling.
10 - Microtube collection
Correct use of BD Microtainers (and similar micro-collection bottles) - collection and handling.

The Course
The core of this certified course is the 300 page National Guild of Hypnotists’ training manual.
The course will be held in London. It consists of 12 days classroom training plus case studies. Each training day runs from 9am to about 5.30pm with breaks for coffee/tea and lunch. There is an optional additional online training day on marketing and setting up office which is offered at no extra charge.
Hypnotherapy is both a theoretical and practical based study. We believe that it is very important for a student to not only know the information taught, but also to be able to use this information in a practical way. To this end, a large proportion of the course is dedicated to demonstrations and practice sessions.
The Practitioner Diploma Course fully meets the standards of the National Guild of Hypnotists.
On satisfactorily completing the course you will become a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists.

This Vaccination / Injection Course is a nurse or paramedic-led half-day session covering all essential theory and practical skill-sets required to deliver effective Intramuscular, Intradermal and Subcutaneous injections / vaccinations.

Our Peripheral IV Cannulation Course and Injection Course training kits are supplied at no charge when booking our virtual classroom training option.
If you would like to add one or both of these kits to your classroom training option then these are available for you to add at time of booking. Training kits mirror the same equipment and supplies used in the classroom and both include detailed video instructions, allowing you to continue to practice and "hone" your skills after you have completed your practical training.

VIRTUAL CLASSROOM OPTION- Complete your theory training online at home or work, then join us for your one full day to complete your cannulation and injection course training.

Our Virtual Classroom option includes two very comprehensive training kits - one for your cannulation course and one for your injection course. M2 - Legal & Professional Responsibilities:
Legal Obligations and Accountability. Criminal, Civil and
Contractual law in Healthcare. Vicarious Liability and your
Duty of Care.
M3 - Anatomy & Physiology:
Sites appropriate to IV cannulation. Hand vs. arm.
Advantages and disadvantages of relevant veins.
An overview of Homeostasis and Fluid Balance.
M4 - Hygiene and Infection Prevention & Control (IPC):
Reducing healthcare-associated infections. Keeping Safe.
Bloodborne Pathogens and Work Practice Controls.
Standard Precautions. Waste Disposal. Needle-stick injuries.
M5 - Indications and Advantages:
When to cannulate, infusion types and benefits over
alternative infusion routes. Continuous and intermittent infusion.
Prophylactic use before procedures and in unstable patients.
Contraindications.
M6 - Equipment:
Cannula types, sizes and colour coding. How to select
appropriate size. Equipment overview for total procedure.
M7 - Vein Choice for Cannulation:
Correct vein selection. Which veins to avoid.
How to manage an unsuccessful cannulation.
M8 - Procedures:
Full procedure for cannulation including correct documentation.
