The therapy focuses on activating breath, circulation, and vital energy through deep touch using hands and feet, along with tractions and stretching maneuvers. Treatments are conducted on an orthopedic mat using vegetable oil and a natural powder called Vekhand, derived from a root known in the West as Calamus.
