We use a set of exercises that are canonical in training actors to deepen emotional connection on stage and screen. You will feel empowered to open up and & become vulnerable with others. The exercises are emotionally ‘light’ and yet powerful. You will not be asked or required to share anything personal. We will work with your imagination, your powers of make believe and ‘creatively play’ in order to show you how you embody changes to help you connect truthfully and genuinely.
