The associates have experience of working in a combination of settings from specialist residential Learning Disability (Adult, Children and Young People), Elder Care, Education and traditional Domiciliary, care at home, services. Associates All of our trainers are well qualified care and / or medical professionals with a wealth of experience. We only work with people who maintain their practice within their chosen sector and so ensuring we are current to the ongoing changes the providers we support face every day. Our clinical courses are taught by an accident and emergency trained specialist to give added benefit to course participants. The Courses All of our courses can be externally accredited by national awarding bodies. The courses we deliver are based on the best practice protocols in place at the time of the delivery. We write all of our courses to meet the needs of the individual company we are working with. All of our courses are delivered using the minimum powerpoint slides but rather interactive, multimedia methods to ensure we reach as many learning styles as possible. We want all participants to have a enjoyable learning experience in order they can transfer their learning back into the workplace. If the course does not meet your needs we will re-train it free of charge. We enjoy working with people of all ages and have the ability to deliver fully funded Apprenticeship awards that are currently free of charge. We work from early years settings through to children and onto adult settings and have the assessors that will work with, mentor and encourage the staff members of the future.
