Serene Mind & Body was established in 2011 by Sean Casey-Poole and is based in
the former Malt Shovel pub in Coventry which dates back to the early 1600's.
Sean fell in love with the building and has kept many of its features including
the 3 original fireplaces, the beams and even the original cellar door. Photos
of the old pub adorn the walls. To quote a client "It is unique and most
definitely not a salon" Our promise to you: When you visit us at Serene you will
