Leading mental health for supervisors, team leaders and managers is about leading your team and mental health first aiders to a healthy productive way, increasing respect, getting a mutual understanding for todays and tomorrows workforce.

The course is a four-hour refresher session for those who have completed the Mental Health First Aid two day course. Just like physical first aid, we recommend you refresh your skills regularly and keep up-to-date.

The Emergency First Aid At Work course covers worst case scenarios and some of the more common minor injuries. It is aimed at those working in lower risk areas such as offices and shops. You will need to attend a full 7 hours of trining (breaks included) First Aid Training at Splat is relaxed and enjoyable. We aim to help you learn and support you to get what you need from the day. There are some practical and some multiple-choice assessments but our job is to ensure you have everything you need to pass these easily. Please note that First Aid can be quite physical, you will need to be able to kneel on the floor to perform CPR and Recovery Position. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move around in, and, if possible, please let us know ahead of time if there is anything we can do to help support you and your enjoyment of the day.

The Level 1 Award in Construction Health & Safety is required by individuals who are looking to become eligible for the Green CSCS Card. A CSCS Card is required in order to access many construction sites, carry out basic duties and build relevant experience to enable them to progress their career onto the next stage allowing them to progress to a level 2 or 3 Qualification. This Level 1 Award will provide the basic knowledge and understanding of health and safety principles and procedures and delivers a comprehensive and technical overview in relation to many construction relevant topics that are operatives require in order to operate safely within the Construction sector.
