This course will introduce you to IASTM and help you to select specific tools, techniques and treatment plans for clinical conditions, and identify indications and contraindications of IASTM. You will be able to explain the reasoning behind IASTM and compare mechanical and physiological responses of IASTM. You will also learn the difference between a fascial restriction and muscle tightness and how to identify common fascial restrictions.There is also information to help you differentiate between similar conditions and to differentiate between active and latent trigger points.

The CACHE Level 3 Award in Childcare and Education(VRQ) covers many areas of development, relationships and health during including the education framework within Early Years. The Childcare & Education course has been designed to cover health and development of a child care during Early Years and the role of an Early Years Educator during this important stage in life. Upon completion of the Childcare & Education qualification you will understand how to work within Childcare and Education and gain a Level 3 Certificate.

This half-day workshop delivered face-to-face or online is designed for anyone in your organisation that wants to become a Neurodiversity Champion - someone who wants to educate and change the way that Neurodiversity is viewed in the workplace.

This course is intended for anyone who has already undertaken basic body massage/sports massage training and would like to develop their knowledge of common injuries affecting the upper limbs which may lead clients to book a treatment, with self help measures that they can suggest to their clients. This course can also introduce students to upper limb injuries prior to undertaking a sports massage course and to gain further insight into upper injuries from a more medical viewpoint after undertaking sports massage training.
