In this workshop we&#39;ll instruct you how to make your own kombucha to take home.Kombucha is a tangy, fizzy fermented tea drink made using a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeasts). It&#39;s a great, refreshing low-alcohol - a tiny bit is produced during fermentation - alternative to your usual tipple.Our 1.5 hour course starts with a welcome drink (fermented, of course) along with a few tasters of our core range of sauerkraut and kimchi and perhaps the occasional one or two experiments we&#39;ve been working on.From here we dive into what fermentation actually is and the scientific methodology of how we as humans can harness it to do our bidding. Kombucha is a tangy, fizzy fermented tea drink made using a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeasts). It's a great, refreshing low-alcohol alternative to your usual tipple.
Our 1.5 hour course starts with a welcome drink (fermented, of course) along with a few tasters of the range of sauerkraut and kimchi we produce and perhaps the occasional one or two experiments we've been working on.
From here we dive into what fermentation actually is and the scientific methodology of how we as humans can harness it to do our bidding. This involves touching on some basic scientific principles to assist in the understanding of what we are actually doing when we 'ferment' something. These principles will be ESSENTIAL when making a successful ferment on the day and at home. Throughout the workshop we touch on some of the nutritional facts surrounding fermented foods and why the term 'probiotics' is thrown around so often.
As nutritionists, we'll share our knowledge about nutrition, gut-health and how fermented foods can play a role in improving our health and strengthening our immune systems. Otherwise (and this is my favourite way to start a vision board experience), you will also need;

Access to images that you can cut out. Here are some ideas on building your portfolio of images:
buy your favourite magazine/ ask around your friends/ family if you can have it rather than being thrown away
local supermarkets that offer their free magazine
travel agents
keep hold of local magazines/ newspapers/ flyers dropped through the door
photos that you don't mind cutting up
celebratory cards

Please also have access to A3 card (you can buy these from craft stores) ; scissors, glue.

You can go super creative here as much as you would like; feathers, sparkle. you could even connect with the outdoors if you know how to preseve your items.

The SHARE Project is built on a simple principle: you need to put your own oxygen mask on first!  By nurturing yourself, you’re better equipped to support your children. Through our three, weekly, set of live online workshops, delivered via Zoom, you’ll discover practical tools to bring more calm and happiness into your daily life.
Here’s what you can expect:
Weekly Workshops:  Each week, we’ll introduce and practice one or two tools designed to fit seamlessly into your life (in just a few minutes at a time, I promise!). These are not your typical “luxury spa day” suggestions — because let’s face it, who has time for that?  Instead, you’ll learn sustainable, go-to strategies that you can use anytime, anywhere, to boost your wellbeing, even in the midst of chaos.  You will also receive a mid-week email of encouragement between workshops and printables to help record and track your progress.
Ongoing Support:  In each session, we’ll review your progress, fine-tune your approach, if needed, and introduce the next tool.  
Community Connection: You’ll be part of a supportive group of fellow SEN parents and carers who understand the unique challenges you face.

The way we breathe affects everything we do, everything we think and everything we feel. It affects our sleep, our digestion, our immune system, our energy levels, our emotions, our ability to think clearly and our relationships, to name but a few.
In this course we will be combining my passions of Qigong and Breathwork to help bring us into balance so we can move though Autumn into winter full of peace and vitality.
Why Qigong and Breathwork?
Qigong is breathwork (Qi is Breath), it is an amazing way of opening and clearing the body, of making space for our healthy energy to flow. It allows us to stay relaxed and receptive without forcing or pushing. It is easy to learn and naturally attuned to your individual body and how it wants to expand, release and recharge.
Breathwork is simply bringing our conscious attention to our breath and is one of the most powerful ways we have to change our state at any given moment. In the course i will introduce you to eight different breath techniques to help you to breathe better. Commit to just 10mins a day and you’ll be amazed at the results you can achieve.
Everyone is welcome to join the course no matter your experience.

Sadhguru:Unfortunately in the western part of the world, if you utter the word “Yoga,” people think you must twist yourself out like rubber bands or stand on your head. Yoga is not an exercise form. The word“Yoga” means union. 
Hatha is a Sanskrit word that can be broken down into two smaller words: ha, meaning “sun,” and tha, meaning “moon.” The word may also mean “willful” or “forceful.”
In yoga, Hatha yoga is one of many types of yoga practice. The practice of Hatha yoga focuses on total mastery of the physical body, including all bodily functions. It also emphasizes activating the chakras in order to stimulate kundalini and promote spiritual and physical wellness, including disease elimination.
In my session I offer various kinds of beginner friendly yog asana , pranayam and short meditation during savaasan which build your mindfulness and rejuvenate every cell of your body and mind and our brain which  makes you more energetic.
