Helen and David Vickers are a husband and wife team that ran the TSL Beauty Salon in Loughborough for just over 15 years. During this time the business has evolved to include more outside/in-house training in many subjects including First Aid and Health and Safety so in January 2019 it was decided to separate the salon side from the training side thus the move to Sileby and to our newly refurbished salon along with the re brand to {Re:You}. Between them they have pretty much all aspects of your holistic well-being covered. They pride themselves on offering a tailored service to their clients and do not believe in one size fits all! Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) is first, and foremost, evidence-based. In-fact it is one of the few talking therapies that was developed from an evidence base, rather than theory-driven.
