The Menopause Lifestyle Project is a group programme and an opportunity to work with me in person, in the studio.
The 4 week course is educational and will introduce you to what menopause is, why it happens, symptoms related to it and how you can best manage your lifestyle during this period.
There is also be an introduction to strength training and a video programme to follow, either at home or in the gym.
