Duration 1 Day Working in partnership with The ATACC Group, we are now authorised trainers for Penthrox® the newly introduced to the UK pain relieving option from GALEN which is alternative to Entonox in Adult Trauma patients. Penthrox® is also often referred to as “The Green Whistle”. Penthrox® is ideal for medics in UK Fire Brigades, Police Forces, Coastguard, Mountain Rescue, High Risk Industries, RNLI and the Event Medical industry. Penthrox® is cost effective, small and lightweight when compared with Entonox and can be included as part of a range of pain relieving options. Penthrox® is a Prescription Only Medication (POM) which is to be used in accordance with company/organisational policy and/or Emergency Directives or Patient Group Directives. Course Information Venue: All our 'Open' courses are delivered from our dedicated training venue: Pulse South Coast Ltd, Bentley Wildfowl, Harveys Lane, Ringmer, BN8 5AF On occasion we may use a separate venue, this will be advised on the course booking. Facilities: On your course you will be provided with tea & coffee making facilities and biscuits. We are in a rural location so we recommend brining lunch with you on the day.
