FORAGING WORKSHOPS
Unleash your wild and immerse yourself in the world of foraging with The Wild Cooke. This workshop is around four hours long and offers the perfect opportunity to learn, get inspired, and find your inner forager. 

WORKSHOP HIGHLIGHTS
● Foraging basics: Get an introduction to seasonal wildfoods, including identification, harvesting, and foraging ethics.
● Cooking and preservation techniques: explore the possibilities of utilising nature's ingredients in your meals and discuss appropriate ways to store them.
● Wild picnic lunch: feeling hungry yet? The workshop ends with a seasonal foragers picnic. Sweets and drinks, too. Yum.

Unleash your wild and immerse yourself in the world of foraging with The Wild Cooke with this two hour mini workshop will tickle your taste buds! 

WORKSHOP HIGHLIGHTS
● Foraging basics: Get a short introduction to wild foods, including identification, harvesting, and foraging ethics. This is a perfect session for someone that's new to the subject or a returning guest looking for a refresher. 
● Wild bites: As this workshop is the mini you will get the chance to try a snack and a drink utilising foraged ingredients. 
● Best of the season: each mini course will focus on the local highlights at the time so no two are the same!

I would be delighted to discuss a tailored booking for you and your group. We can go over a variety of wild food focuses, catering options and I am happy to suggest nearby locations or come to you. Prices start from £150 per hour, minimum of two hours, for a group of up to 8 people. Travel costs may also apply. This includes a drink and a snack. Add lunch for £25pp.
