Taught in-person by a teaching team led by IICCT Teacher, Chocolate Educator and International Chocolate Judge Kathryn Laverack with a supplementary review session and visit to a bean-to-bar, micro-batch chocolate factory with Duffy Sheardown at Duffy's Chocolate.

Progress your chocolate tasting skills with the IICCT Level 2 in Chocolate Tasting. The course is held over an intense three days and provides fuller understanding of fine chocolate and its flavour possibilities. Taught in-person by a teaching team led by IICCT Teacher, Chocolate Educator and International Chocolate Judge Kathryn Laverack with a half a day taught at the micro-batch chocolate factory with Duffy Sheardown at Duffy's Chocolate.

Course Overview: It is important that everybody who works in the care environment recognises the signs of potential eating and drinking difficulties and is able to support service users to eat and drink. This course combines both theory and practical sessions to equip those who work in care settings with this knowledge.   Course Aims: Define Dysphagia Identify the main parts of the human mouth and pharynx Recognise signs and symptoms of aspiration Know when to refer a service user Recognise good positions at mealtimes Experience food textures and being fed in different positions Management responsibilities
