Form Fitness is comprised of two Personal Trainers, Rob and Iggy, who use well
established fitness models such as strength training, calisthenics, HIIT,
circuit training and plyometrics with cutting edge functional training methods
that emphasize tendon strength and full range of motion exercises. This allows
our clients to not only achieve their short term goals, be it weight loss,
athleticism or building muscle, but also to continue enjoying fitness as they
take on more strenuous programmes, different sports, or as they age.
