I’m Lilly, the designer maker behind The Super Sparrow ceramics. I played around with clay a bit on and off as a child and again during a couple evening sculpture courses while working as a cardiac nurse. Eventually, I got the courage to follow my heart and apply to art school, a bit later than most, and eventually finished up with a First Class Honours Degree in Fine Art from Central Saint Martins. I’m not being dramatic when I say it changed my life. It reminded me of how important it is to do something you love and to have fun doing it. I run my small business while still working part time as a nurse but am hoping to be able to do this more full time in the years to come.

Anna Kosa is a London based abstract expressionist artist with a background in BA Design & MSc Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. She is passionate about creating positive mental health enhancing original fine art paintings, interior pieces and delivers Positive Psychology Infused Abstract Art Workshops to individuals, groups and corporate clients. Designed to relax the mind, help cultivate positive emotions, mood states stimulating the creative side of the brain and help individuals to reconnect with their creativity and improve their chosen areas of self development. This effect reduces cortisol that is created by stress & elevates dopamine levels improving creative problem solving. She is inspired by Positive Psychology concepts such as Post Traumatic Growth, Broaden & Build theory informed by colour psychology. Her inspiration for colours come from the nature. The layering is informed by the complex nature of human beings. She has most recently attended O.Z.O.R.A. international music festival in Hungary, delivering her signature Positive Psychology Infused Art Workshops 'Paint with Intention' and 'Kids Painting Club'. Her work has very recently featured in British Vogue, London Life & Tatler. She is also part of The World of Interiors spring campaign in their March, April & May issue 2021. She is currently a self represented artist.

Nilay Islek was born in Izmir, Turkey. She completed her elementary and high school education in this city. Photography became her interest in her high school years. In 1999, she entered Dokuz Eylül University Fine Art Faculty and graduated with the thesis “Sensual Projections” in 2003. She completed her Master Degree in the same faculty with her thesis “Visual Culture and Social Memory in the Context of Digital Photography Aesthetics” in 2009. Islek started to perform Advertising Photography in 1995 during her education. While she moved up the career ladder, she became a sought instructor and gave lectures in several schools and associations such as Izmir Fen High School and Izmir Association of Photography Art (IFOD). Universiade 2005 Izmir Summer Plays was her first important international event as a member of the editorial board. After that, she has participated in several international events and projects. Her newest project is Izmir- Bremen Photography Artist Residency Program “Elsewhere” between 2017-2018. In the meantime, Nilay Islek started her own atelier, Artlens Visual Culture and Photography, which is a continuing education centre in the field of photography for eight years now. In 2016, Nilay Islek is chosen for the international title of Fujifilm “X-Photographer” as the first woman photographer from Turkey. She’s been given Basic Photography Courses Fujifilm Education Centre in Izmir as the official instructor of Fujifilm. She worked as a lecturer at Izmir Economy University between 2015-2018. On the other hand, her academic career is going on at the Ege University Faculty of Communication, Radio, Television and Cinema PhD program. She lives and continues her life of art in London. GOOD STUDIO is a risograph print and design studio based in Brixton obsessed with all things print related and RISO particular. Risograph printing has a unique aesthetic invented in 80s Japan as a duplicator for schools and offices, it mimics the screen printing process using brightly coloured eco friendly soy based inks.  GOOD STUDIO was set up by artist Joanna Brinton in 2018 with the intention of promoting conversation and exchange via Riso printing. The studio host regular open access workshops and introductory sessions to introduce others to this fascinating process.  Joanna has a BA Fine Art Degree from Central St Martins College and a Masters in Book Arts from Camberwell College of Arts and over twenty years of practice in printmaking and book design.

Gordon Carter is a British-American artist specializing mainly in oil painting. He has been professionally active creating solo exhibitions and groups shows for over 25 years. His paintings are to be found in public and private collections across Europe and North America. He has also worked as a curator in a museum and as a free-lance curator since 2006. His work as an artist has been focused on society and the individual person's relationship to society. He has always demonstrated a belief and motivation that art is a powerful tool for social change; particularly he has been interested in the power of art to improve the quality of an individual's life experience. Teaching students the basics of art, and how a daily art practice can improve our lives has become an extension of his own art practice.
