I have taken some of my successful face to face sessions and turned them into successful online programs. The only equipment you need is smart phone, a tablet or laptop. There is something for people who just want to get going with minimal support, or we can work together to create something completely personal to you that gives you as much support and accountability as you want. All my online programs include nutrition and habit coaching and are fully achievable to complete at home. You can log in via my app, follow the routine and log your activity. Depending on the program you choose, I will then review your activity and help you along the way. I also do LIVE sessions you can join in with. FACE TO FACE Training With the face to face training, you’ll need to live in Shrewsbury, Oswestry or the Surrounding villages. I have a totally private gym area at home, so if you’re uncomfortable with the mainstream gym or struggle to find the time to go, this is a perfect option for you. Together we will create a plan that works towards your goals. We will also have a good chat and a laugh as we go. You’ll get access to the fitness app, a private Facebook group and LIVE online sessions. NUTRITION COACHING I have various levels of nutrition coaching options which can be as basic or as in-depth as you need them to be. We’ll work together with the support of a nutriton app, making it easy to do on the go. Depending on the level you choose, you’ll either get hints and tips along the way or a full ‘hold your hand’ service that includes video and phone support if needed. What’s Next? After his degree, he worked as a teacher of Science in Blackheath Bluecoat C of E School, also became deputy of the department. Dr Ajeleti undertook his teacher training at Canterbury Christ Church University, obtaining Qualified Teacher Status. He received the grade ‘outstanding’ for his role as a teacher, and this was recognised by Ofsted. During this time, he was still determined to pursue a career in medicine, graduating from the Medical University of Silesia, Katowice, Poland. Dr Ajeleti graduated at the top of his class and is currently training in the London Deanery. Raised in the Royal Borough of Greenwich, Dr Ajeleti has made it his duty to encourage young people to get involved in medicine and other healthcare professions. As the co-founder of Modern Day medics, he aims to help prospective medical students from BME backgrounds to reach their full potential. He was also a recipient of the Beany scholarship for the best final year OSCE result. After medical school, he undertook his foundation training in Trent deanery and core medical training in South London. During his junior doctor training, he served as a regional representative for foundation doctors and he was a clinical guidance associate at one of his local hospitals. He is currently a gastroenterology trainee in Kent, Surrey & Sussex deanery where he sits on the board for the culture and leadership change team. He is extremely passionate about seeing young people achieve their potential and dreams and with Modern Day Medics, he plans to achieve this.

Our Adult Education-Night Classes programme was first launched in 1999. Since then, the number of participants enrolled in our night classes has grown dramatically, as has the number of courses on offer. The Director of Adult Education is Conor Barry. There are two terms each academic year. The Autumn Term generally commences towards the end of September, with the Spring Term getting under way towards the end of January. An extremely comprehensive and diverse range of classes are available, with over 100 exciting courses on offer each term! Courses vary from Yoga and Pilates, right through to classes on Genealogy, Cooking, Painting, Mindfulness & Meditation, Spanish, French, Italian, Calligraphy, Guitar, Gardening, First Aid, Felt making, Tai Chi, Zumba and Ballroom Dancing, to name but a few! Our brochures are widely available in the local area with over 10,000 delivered door to door each term. We wanted to make inspiration the footprint for our vision, and so the HOTD journey started, like many other success stories with humble beginnings. We started with one person, a piece of blank paper and a simple idea of the time was 1st July 2009. INSPIRING MILLIONS Our mission statement is to inspire. We inspire our members with daily drops of inspirational and educational knowledge. We have been endorsed by some of the world’s leading scholars such as Mufti Ismail Menk, Ustadh Nouman Ali Khan, Shaykh Yusuf Badat, Shaykj Omar Sulemain, Yasmin Mogahed and many more.When we first started we had 100 members on our Facebook Page. Within 6 months we had 500,000 and in less than a year we had 1 million members. We’re now at over 15 million and growing Alhamdulillah. CONNECTING OUR GLOBAL UMMAH The strength of social media is that it connects millions of Muslims from different parts of the world together. With the generosity of one of our members, HOTD sent 10 members on an all expenses paid trip to Makkah and Madinah. Only low-income families were permitted to enter and when we made the phone calls to the winners, every single person broke down in tears. Some of the people who won could not afford applying for a passport so our donor also covered those costs.
