You're in the right place. IFS is a powerful, compassionate model for working with distress, trauma, and the full complexity of human experience. This two-morning experiential workshop offers an accessible and nourishing introduction to IFS through the lens of personal exploration. You will be guided to: Understand the foundations of the IFS model and parts work Begin identifying and connecting with parts of your own internal system Cultivate compassion and curiosity towards your parts, including those that feel stuck, critical, or in pain Reflect on how transformation and healing can emerge from within This is not just a theoretical introduction—it is a space to experience the model for yourself, in a safe, supported environment. Through gentle guided exercises and shared reflection, you will begin to develop a more spacious and compassionate relationship with yourself.
