Includes Us 2 Youth Club – Wednesdays (Term Time) We’re excited to welcome young people with SEND to our weekly Youth Club, held every Wednesday during term time from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Our sessions are designed to be fun, inclusive, and supportive – a great place to build friendships, grow confidence, and enjoy a range of engaging activities in a safe environment. As a charity, we ask for a £2 contribution per session to help towards running costs. However, we understand that financial difficulties can happen, and we would never want this to stop a young person from attending. If this is a concern, please feel free to speak to us confidentially – we’re here to help. **Please note: Due to staff shortages, there will be no Youth Club session on Wednesday 25th June. ** Sessions will continue as normal before and after this date. We can’t wait to see you there!
Learn simple breathing and vocal techniques to reduce stress and anxiety in the body, boost the immune system, and build connections for general wellbeing. We play with sound, rhythm and improvisation, learn close vocal harmony arrangements of different genres, and have loads of fun! Come and enjoy the incredible benefits singing in a group has on mental and physical health, and be part of this wonderful growing community. Everyone is welcome!

We deliver CSCS approved courses from the Base Business Space in Hull every Monday and Friday. Other days available on request! We also have access to a onsite CITB Test Centre! We have been supporting clients gain a CSCS Labourers and Skilled cards for over 10 years!
